MEMBER FEE PROCEDURES
In accordance with the Law No. 5174, the annual fee is collected in two equal installments each year from the individual firms and companies registered in the Aksaray Commodity Exchange.
The last payment day of the 1st Installments of the subscriptions is 30 JUNE, and the last payment day of the 2nd installments is 31 OCTOBER.
In accordance with the Law No. 6183 on Collection Procedure of Public Receivables, daily late fee is applied to the dues not paid on time.
Fees are accrued and collected as long as the Exchange membership continues.

Notification of Changes
Those who are obliged to register with the stock exchanges are obliged to notify the exchanges they are registered to, within one month following the realization of any change in their status, which is required to be registered and announced according to the Turkish Commercial Code.
