Samples brought to the laboratory for analysis are processed in two separate classes, physical and chemical, depending on the type of analysis to be performed. Digital precision scales, muffle furnace, oven, mill, sedimentation device, gluten washing, burettes, various glassware and coolers are used in our laboratories in CHEMICAL ANALYSIS. In this chapter; sedimentation, gluten, ash determination is made. NIR device, hectoliter device and various sieves are used in PHYSICAL ANALYSIS. Moisture, foreign matter, hectoliter, protein are determined. Our devices are calibrated periodically.
