Commodity exchanges are institutions that have numerous benefits from producer, consumer, exporter to industrialist, so they should be a dynamic and rational institution in a competitive, secure, free market economy environment where information circulation and sharing is high, and international standards are applied and complied with.
From this point of view, the necessity of structuring the management and identity of the stock exchange institution in a way that can comprehend the developments and trends in the world and a service building that can respond to every need through correct communication has emerged. With the new stock exchange building, we are planning to enter a period in which the approach and service-oriented approach that has changed and developed and various regulations will be more dominant. Efforts to implement the provisions created with the Law No. 5174, which aim to strengthen the internal structure and provide opportunities for innovations, is the main task of our exchange.
Based on this principle, our goal is; To continuously improve the institutional structure of our institution, to keep the service quality at the highest level by switching to the infrastructure equipped with technological devices and the Advanced Stock Exchange Complex, to increase the variety and quality of service with the personnel structure equipped with knowledge, skills and competence, to be a pioneer in our region, nationally and internationally. To be a service-oriented, reference exchange in international standards that can be, develop cooperation, and increase its effectiveness.
Therefore, in order to provide a planned and quality service in line with this goal, technological facilities are used to provide perfected information by providing higher level communication and coordination, and by bringing more buyers and sellers together, in accordance with the conditions of the perfect competition market, increasing the transaction volume and encouraging the development of trade. A new and complex stock exchange building is required to provide an environment. With our new stock exchange building, we will develop and maintain the holistic service approach and we will be happy to provide a higher quality service with such sharing.
