Membership Application

Member Registration Procedures

Pursuant to Article 32 of the Law No. 5174, every company that makes purchases or sales transactions over the minimum amount of the items included in the Exchange Listing has to register with the Exchange of the place where it is located. Companies that do not comply with this are registered by the stock exchange ex officio and they are notified.

Companies applying for registration in Afyonkarahisar Commodity Exchange are required to complete the documents mentioned below and submit them to our Transactions Unit.

A – Documents Required for Natural Persons (Persons)

The original or certified copy of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette or the Turkish Tradesmen and Craftsmen’s Registry Gazette, or the registration certificate, which shows that the items included in the stock exchange listing are among the fields of activity,

Document showing the activities (NACE codes) registered in the Tradesmen/Trade Registry Office,

Notarized circular of signature (Original),

Identity Registration Copy (taken from the Population Directorate) and Photocopy of Identity Card (includes citizenship numbers),

Residence and Other Address Document (obtained from the Civil Registry Office) or its letter,

3 newly taken photos,

Document showing the activities (NACE codes) registered in the Tax Office,

Declaration, Real Person Member Registration Form,

Advance registration fee (no annual fee is charged for the year the registration fee is received),

Other documents required by legislation or deemed necessary by the union or stock exchanges.

B – Documents Required for Legal Entities (Companies)

The original or certified copy of the Trade Registry Gazette in which the registration notice is published, or the trade registry certification,

If not published in the registration notice, a notarized copy of the articles of association,

Document showing the activities (NACE codes) registered in the Trade Registry Office,

Notarized circular of signature of the representatives (Original),

Identity Registration Copy of Representatives (taken from the Civil Registry Office) and Photocopy of Identity Card,

Residence and Other Address Document (taken from the Civil Registry Office) of the Representatives or their letter,

3 newly taken photos of the representatives,

Photocopy of the identity card of the partners (which also shows their citizenship numbers),

Document showing the activities (NACE codes) registered in the Tax Office,

Declaration, Legal Entity Member Registration Form,

Advance registration fee (no annual fee is charged for the year the registration fee is received),

Other documents required by legislation or deemed necessary by the union or stock exchanges.

The originals of the above-mentioned documents that do not require notarization will be seen by our authorized personnel, their copies will be stamped “as the original” and initialed.

After the Declaration and Commitment forms are downloaded from our website, they will be filled in completely, signed by the authorities and stamped.

The accuracy of the information specified in the registration declaration and the status of the business are examined on-site by the stock exchange and a determination report is prepared as a result of this examination.

Within the framework of Article 15 of the Regulation on Determination and Payment of Registration Fee, Annual Fee and Additional Fee, against the decisions regarding the degrees determined in the records made upon request, and against the decisions regarding the registration and/or degrees in the ex officio records; may object to the decisions regarding the occupational group to which it is included, within the framework of Article 9 of the Regulation on the Grouping of Professions in Commodity Exchanges.
